To Whom It May Concern,

Re: London Drugs Photo Department

I am writing to you regarding your "one hour" photo developing. I am a regular customer of London Drugs. I enjoy being able to shop there for everything from computers to cosmetics. Another feature of London Drugs that has saved me some time is your one-hour photo developing. I find that your photo department at many locations do a great job printing my photos with your superior equipment and knowledgeable staff.

One problem I have, though, is your claim to being able to develop photos in "one hour". I have developed many rolls through London Drugs, and I have never been able to get them completed in one hour. One time I was even told that it would take four hours. If your staff is busy, I understand completely. Especially during the summer months, the public puts pressure on all photo developers.

I suggest that you drop your one hour claim and go back to what many stores did in the late eighties/early nineties when the "one hour developing" choice began being offered. If people would like their photos developed in an hour, charge them more. Provide a lower price for people who do not mind picking their pictures up the next day. I do not feel that I should be paying the same price to get my photos four hours later, when you claim that you can get them done in one hour.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Iram Khan
